Another bonus was the great location, especially if you're attending a conference center nearby. It saved us a ton of time and made getting to and from the venue a breeze.

We couldn't watch any TV as we didn't have access to personal accounts. The noise level in the house was a bit of a downside, with creaky stairs and loud cracks echoing throughout.
